Still running high. I think my tentative plan will be to bump him up to 4.5 U tomorrow morning (after 4 cycles) if he's stuck in the pinks. Hoping to avoid glucose toxicity setting in as I bring the dose back up.

Well there he goes tossing that plan right out the window... we'll see what he does overnight, but if he sticks with yellows I'll give it another couple of cycles to see what he's really going to do with this dose.
