Yesterday's Condo

Today we are blowing bubbles. :-D
Just when I think everything is going same old, same old, Max decides to switch
things up a bit.
Last night I do the usual bedtime routine, say goodnight to the kitties wherever they
are and on upstairs I go. Well, there I am in my bathroom, getting ready for bed and in the mirror I see a big orange blur walk by. There is Max. Walked all the way upstairs and
kept me company.
Of course I took that opportunity to pick him up, yet again, and bring him into bed with me.
Well...normally he would take off. Last night he finally decided to snuggle into my arms like he used to. He did not stay too long, but long enough for me to see the one missing sign
of my Max before d/x.
This morning too he decided to beeline up the stairs after his breffi to keep older
DD company while she got ready for school. Hopped up on her bed and I left him lying there when I had to leave.

Awesome Max!!! Careful with the bubbles with that gum.. if that stuff gets in your fur it's a disaster.

Glad to hear that he's returning to his old self. My Max came into bed for a snuggle just before I got up this morning. I've missed him there too! He even came into the bathroom with me this morning for my shower, and was giving me head bumps and swats as I got ready this morning. He certainly seems to be reclaiming some of his kitten-ish ways, which warms my heart. :-D

Hey Max, Did you get a baseball card in your bubble gum? Maybe we can trade them, or flip them. (My bean's mother threw out her baseball cards when she was spring cleaning one year and my bean was very upset. She still talks about her 1951 Willie Mays!)

Yay for another great chewing day. Shouldn't we be thinking maybe Trident, & other SUGARless /D-friendly flavors?? Gotta keep 'em on the wagon.

Its so amazing and wonderful to see their old-selves come back isn't it.

Don't worry about a 98. Just wait for the wonderful feeling when he comes back down from it all on his own:-D

Those High greens can be scary especially right now, I GET IT! (you know I do) But he was higher than that only a few days ago and look at the days since, yesterday, this morning...Mr. P IS WORKING!!!!! And Randi, lest you forget. YA'LL WERE ON 4.5 UNITS LESS THAN A MONTH AGO!!!!!!!!!! His progress is literally amazing.
He's doing it all himself. I don't like to see 'em either, now. But not long ago i was afraid to even shoot them. Funny how the perspective changes.

Kinda like my weight..on the way down it's so exciting, that same number on the was UP feels ENORMOUS. IT's the SAME NUMBER!

he's doing GREAT, chewing away!!!!!

I know the 94 and 98 are still green but he does seem off today.
I guess he is entitled to but I am not enjoying it.
He did not eat much and has barely moved off his chair.
Not the catbed, but his chair.
He took a tour to the LB and back up.
Will check him again later on.

You guys are doing awesome! 94 is still good isn't 60-120 a normal range? You are well within normal! So happy for you guys!
 
Not looking good today.
I had a bad feeling when I just checked him, praying I would not see a number in
the 100's and almost thought I wouldn't.

He did not eat much dinner and came looking for food about 3 hours later.
Does not look like the food brought him down today, except for the morning.

I hope the morning is better.
Should I test a agin tonight and see if this is maybe a food spike or go
to bed and see what the morning will bring. :(
 
I know nothin', but I'd say put the meter away, give Max a good dose of lovin', and check again in the morning. Though it is a number that makes us worry that something is going wrong during trial, it IS a good solid normal number.
 
Aw, Randi, I'm just seeing this. You were online when I ran back up, but gone by the time i posted. Mel's right, it IS a good solid number and NORMAL..it's just right now it LOOKS different from where you sit. (again, this was one of those numbers i was afraid to shoot not at all long ago) He probably feels great there..it's you not so much. Max is doing GREAT...and he's going to be FINE.

I'll be checking on ya'll in the morning, but hope you got some good sleep.
