Blech. Which is actually good after YUCK and BLECH the last two mornings. :lol: :lol: How about blue, Zener? You haven't had a blue morning in a while. You've had every other color. :roll: Super Z has a good appy this morning, less bowl chasing than usual. He had a brief foray into the backyard for a little patrol and is now settled on his pad in the living room.

OT: my bike ride was very nice yesterday. My friend and I rode a trail near here that was just the right difficulty and length and saw maybe 2 other people. Beautiful day too, warm and no wind. That's about to change, we have a chance of snow tonight. 4 more weeks of classes, not that I'm counting. :lol:

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and sending healing energy to Mannie and Gobbles. Paws crossed for the OTJ trials and good luck in the raffle! Happy Monday LL!

well bummer on that pink. Z-Man: no need to go looking for Mannie - he is on the moon, and well, best not to go there. Maybe a gentle nudge or call out and he can join you on that pink floor and you two guys can find your way outta there. Sound like a plan?

Your bike ride sounds great. One of these days I will have to take that up - it would be a nice option on some of these trails/walks I do.

Snow???? oh wow! It is still snowing here too in the mountains. crazy weather....

Good morning and Zener, come on down to a nice slide. Seems more than a few of kitties are starting out high! Great on the appy and yard patrol. Sounds like a great bike ride yesterday. Snow! ohmygod_smile I guess you're getting some of our light rain. I was out for a quickie walk and it's breezy and drizzling. Have a great Monday.

Nice slow slide down Z! What is up with all that pinkage? Yuck! You have been watching Tarragon too much.

I saw that you are going to get snow again. Summer will get there sooner or later, actually in about 4 weeks for you huh? :lol: Mason is done May 10 and graduation is May 11, which he has opted to not walk through. Have a wonderful day!!

Well, Z Man, you seem to have gone back up! Now's the time for the famous Zener slide to begin, OK?

Liz, I envy you your bike ride. I'm still riding mine in the basement (on a wind trainer). I guess you don't have "mud season" in AZ, since you are able to ride on trails this early in the spring. (I am strictly a road cyclist, and our roads right now are covered with winter sand and dirt, but the mt. biking trails would be impossible because of the mud.)

Your bike ride sounds lovely, especially the part about seeing just two other people. The trails near us can be very busy on the weekends. Wow on the snow, quite the contrast. Maybe you'll get back to winter sports for a bit?

Appy is happy and success with poo patrol. Despite the high winds, rain/scree/snow and low temperatures today, Zener made a bit of a yard patrol, he is so brave. Kitties and beans are so very excited to be winners of the kitty toy basket in the FDMB raffle! A kitty can never had too many toys!

@Michelle & Mannie - Z has been getting in touch with his inner pink lately. He's had some crazy cycles lately so we are hoping he will settle in with his new shave dose and if not, back up we go. Snow in April is not usual in Flagstaff. We've already started having a few fires here and there because we are so dry. We had our 9th warmest March on record, so it tricked many of the early plants. Oops.

@Devon - we are ready for a blue cycle too. Hopefully he will settle down a little and like this new shave reduction. Paws crossed!

@Ann & Maggie - Z was on a slide then up at mid cycle and now back on the slide. Crazy cat. We've had a little of all sorts of weather today, blustery winds knocked out power, dust storm closed part of I-40 east of us and semi trucks were blowing off the highways all over the state. And now, we are getting a bit of snow!

@Courtney & Kismet - yes, engineers (Liz is an engineer) have clear definitions! Paws crossed for some blue, let's hope he is reading his condo again.

@Melissa & Mr T - what is up with all these pinks, spring flowers or what? I thought it was supposed to be spring GREENS? Four more weeks, not that we are counting. Congrats to Mason, he is finishing up on my birthday!

@Ella & Rusty the rodent man - good grief, he is up, down and all around today. We shall see if he settles on a slide soon. This is his 3rd cycle on the new dose, and he has had some awful colors lately, so we shall put on our patience pants and give this dose a chance. Arizona doesn't have mud season. We can be a bit "muddy" for about a day or two, then it all dries up in impressive ruts. We go from snow to dry very quickly.

@Wendy & Neko - I don't know what's up with the pinks in LL today, and Z won't tell us. No winter sports return, the snow won't last. Spring snows don't hang around long as temps go back up quickly and the sun comes out right away.

Ah, blue!

@Marje - I am learning so many detailed descriptors for those colors that cannot be named! Appy has been appy all day and we are so grateful. The mighty Z has been very brave with the return of winter weather. Both kitties are camped out on the heating pads on the bed tonight, well, they been there all day. :lol:

Boy howdy, it was windy here today too - some power out, trees down, trucks blown off the highway. A wild one!
