Morning ~O) I had more sleep last night. I woke up with Maggie sleeping on my pillow next to me I barely had my head on the pillow. :-D I picked her up once when she was crying in the middle of the night, and that seemed to do it for the night.. She's still using the stairs but seems to like having me pick her up at night for bedtime, really sweet. All is well today, good appy, and Mags is still loving the Weruva Paw Lickins Chicken, thanks Amy. Mags cleaned the plate of the overnight fuds, thus the yellow AMPS.

Four P's and prezzies on hold today, Detective Poo, but we had a surprise yesterday with a visit from he prezzie fairy. Mags is doing so well lately and having prezzies almost every day or skipping a day.
Thanks for all the visits I missed last evening and for the cheers for Mags's prezzies, Melissa, Detective Poo, Michelle & Mannie, Amy, Barb & Checkers, Rhiannon and Courtney.
Looking forward to Mocha Mannie kitteh's Triple Espressos and coffees and scones.

I love the pillow stealing. That is my Elsa - every night. I normally wake up with her in the middle of it, me with maybe a corner. :lol: It is sweet that she wants you to pick her up for that off to bed we go. Very cool.

Wow on the daily prezzies, most of the time. Sure seems like you have her all figured out poo meds wise. She doing great!

Yay for your sun and nice weather. :-D it is pouring up here this AM: red on eh radar... looks like it may be an indoor day in the PNW...

Oh I should have waited for another poke. I woke Mags up :lol: now she gets a treat and some more Paw Lickins Chicken. I'm off to the Laundry Room. Hope all is calm down there.

Thanks Michelle, she's doing well in the prezzie department, and now I'm not as worried, as I have the dose down, sometimes a little overkill but better than the other.

Hey, I wonder if Zener would like the Weurva Paw Lickins Chicken. Mags doesn't have many teeth, but she seems to have no trouble chowing down.

Hi Emily, thanks on Mags. It looks like she's listening and having a nice surf. I feel bad waking her up and disturbing her beauty sleep.

Nice condo to read this morning. So now we know to watch for afternoon delivery of the anticipated present? :lol:
lagoon would be nice, but blue is good for getting 'stuff' done, without worrying all day......take advantage Ann. :-D

Miss Maggie so adores you...how sweet that she let you share her pillow ;-) I'm glad she's been doing better in the poo department. i hope all goes well on the renal front. i will have to try the Weruva for Gus. i did try some of them a while back but they were alot of juice and chunks of food and he only likes pates.

Nice surf today! I'm so glad that Mags is enjoying the Paw Lickin'. Trix really loves it, too...now, though I've got to figure out her number situation.

Very sweet of Maggie to want MamaBean's help for bedtime...it's a special little bonding moment for her! I don't know why, but I just love a kitty on a bed pillow...very endearing.

Good luck with the laundry! That's on my list today, too. Fun stuff!

Hi Marje, yes :shock: :shock: you are up early with the chickens! :lol: Yes, thanks so much as Mags is doing so much better in the poo department with increased Miralax and no Lactulose. Of course, she still needs Cisapride twice a day, but it's an easy med. She should soon be getting renl b/w, too.

Hi Amy, I think the Paw Lickins Chicken may be keeping her numbers up a bit, even though it's low in carbs. I love it, too, when she lets me share her pillow.

Ann, I was wondering where you get the Weruva Paw Chicken Lickin. Did I say that backwards? :lol:
I spent forver this afternoon, looking online for that and BFF. They don't seem to be available in stores....leastways, not around here.
Bff can't be reached by phone to ask about retail stores. Their 800 # seems to be corporate only.

They both....Weruva and BFF are much more expensive, than the FF. I would however pay it...IF Checkers would eat it. I pay .60 a can for Fancy Feast, and toss most of them. I'm getting really sick of wasting food.
There isn't even a less expensive food, like Friskies, or 9Lives, that he likes.

I'm a bit late getting to condos today, but didn't want to miss Maggie's day. I'm glad she likes sleeping on your pillow. Rusty has his own little, green, pillow that we put between our pillows. Interesting about the Paw Lickin' chicken. I checked it out on the Weruva website and it does seem as if it is low in carbs. I wonder why it boosts Maggie's carbs. (But FF T&G is only supposed to be 3% also and it boosts her bgs, too.) (It spikes Rusty's bgs, too, but not as much as it used to.) I like the fact that Weruva actually lists all the percentages on the website. I'm going to look for it in the city next month.

Hi Barb, thanks on Maggie's numbers. I have Amy & Trixie to thank for the Weruva Paw Lickin Chicken. It's on Dr. Lisa's list and both low in carbs and phosphorus, as we both have renal kitties, Mags more advanced than Trixie, The Weruva is difficult to find in the chain pet stores. I just looked on Wag.com, and it's available there for $30.00/case in the 3 oz cans. The trouble is you have to buy a case. There's also a website I noticed on the can http://www.weruva.com
If you want to try a few cans first to see if Checkers likes it, I can send you some in the mail. Just pm me your address. It's no trouble. Both Trixie and Mags love it, and Mags is pretty picky lately.

Hi Ella, so cute with Rusty and his little green pillow. Yes, even some of the lower carb foods spike Mags. I guess she's just extra sensitive to carbs.
 
Hi Ann - I seem to get to see Maggie later and later each day! Not sure how I missed your condo - I think you must have posted right after I left for my long day yesterday. Nice numbers girl...now we want more!!!
