AMPS (391) at roughly +11.5 - Shot .7u at 2:15am (trying to get him back to 2/2 before Sunday)

I think Hershey misunderstood. When I told him we were looking for something repeatable, I did NOT mean a pink PS...

Hope y'all have a great day!

+4 (219)
+6 (191) - fed

PMPS (344) almost +12.5 - Shot .6u at 2:40pm (tried to delay since we'll be gone)
+5 (195)
+6 (153) - fed

Re: 4/6 Hershey AMPS (391)

Oh Hershey we all know pink is a beautiful Easter color, but we need blue as the sky or green as the grass.

Hope you have a wonderful day with your family. Make sure everyone has big smiles :-D & eyes open  for you family pictures.

Re: 4/6 Hershey - Is it time to up to .8u?

Well, Jenn, guess he figures he threw a yellow and a blue (even though they are terribly close to the same number - I'll take them over the 391 any day!) but no green. (Trying not to be greedy ;-) )

+4 (219)
+6 (191)

Just wondering if it's time to up the highest scale range to .8u? Don't get me wrong, I like the pretty blue number, but it seems he drops initially then stays pretty flat. But, won't be around a lot to monitor until Monday...I don't know. Terrible headache, going to take something and head back to bed for a little while.

Oh - Doug spilled coffee in the living room yesterday, thought we had it all cleaned up. But - this morning, I saw Hershey licking the wall (Now, I've seen him lick plastic bags, photographs, tape, stickers...but never the wall.) and when the light hit it just right, I could see there were a couple of coffee drips. (Our walls are yellow with orange sponged over. Don't make that face! That's the same face my kids made when I told them of my choice, but they liked it once they saw it!) Of course, I cleaned it up, but wondering if that'll do anything to his numbers. Doug likes his coffee blonde and SWEET!

Furry kids fed, so they'll be asleep soon...bean kids asleep...nap time!

Re: 4/6 Hershey - Is it time to up to .8u?

OF COURSE Hershey takes his coffee sweet - even if it's served on the wall instead of in a cup! I can just see him licking it... ~O)

Hope he continues to have a blue & yellow day!

As for increasing... if you're not going to be around much, I'd probably hold off. We all know how Hershey likes to change your plans for you!

Re: 4/6 Hershey - Is it time to up to .8u?

That's what I was thinking, too, Lu-Ann. Don't want him pulling any surprise parties without me home!! nailbite_smile

It just hit me this morning that I'm going to be gone most of the next cycle...wondering if I need to reduce by .1u AND should've left his shot time at 3pm through this cycle...hindsight and all that - ugh

Re: 4/6 Hershey PMPS (344)

PMPS (344) almost +12.5 - Shot .6u at 2:40pm (tried to delay since we'll be gone)

Since our bday dinner is near home, the plan is for Doug to run home to test +4. Was debating about going with .7u, but .6 seemed to make for a more relaxed evening out

Re: 4/6 Hershey PMPS (344)

I would do .6 & enjoy the evening.

But who am I to say how to dose? I gave Baxter .2 this morning instead of .5 by accident. I guess its better then giving 2u. I find no matter the dose I always worry.

Have a good evening! ;-)

Re: 4/6 Hershey PMPS (344)

I worry, too, Jenn. Just can't let Doug know, 'cuz he doesn't understand it. I was glad he offered to run home and test at +4, though :-D

Go Hershey! Didn't take him long to come back from bounce. He is looking good! Copper went RED tonight and i don't even know why. Weird. Must be the full moon!

Hope you are having a great night and not thinking about Hershey's BG now!!!!

Isn't it nice of Hershey to cooperate and give nice numbers. Probably because he's having a play date w/ his buddies!!!

Thanks for leaving his computer on Libby! Hope they had a nice b'day cake like mine! ;-)

One of Joseph's friends made him a S'Mores Pie that we helped him finish last night. (SUCH sacrifices we make ;-) ) No bday cake tonight. For some reason when we go to that restaurant, my mom thinks everyone should have pie. idk...but, we'll have cake at home tomorrow! YUM!!! Joseph isn't fond of chocolate (some kind of alien or something!!!!) so he chose funfetti. And, then Sunday, Jessica is making brownies...I'll be sick all week... :p

I sure hope Hershey is getting back on track. Had a quick scare when we got home. Doug tested and got (32)!! :o Quick retest gave (153) which sounded much more realistic...whew...

I forgot to mention that Oreo's bowl got left unattended at +6...YEPPERZ - Hershey licked it clean :YMSIGH: It was Friskies...little bit of Turkey & Giblets and a little bit of Mixed Grill. I believe they are both less than 10% carbs...we'll see what that does...

Oh no. Surprised he was so low with the extra food. Maybe he didn't get as much as thought. Glad to see him doing so well. Now hope no bouncy bounce to come.....SHHHH

I think he's probably okay on the Friskies... haven't checked the list, but they were some of the better choices if I recall. There was a post on health about the additives/ingredients in FF, Friskies and others changing recently. You may just want to take a look at the ingredient list and see if that's the case.

Nice +6!
