A bit of a bounce today for Miss Bell, but I do appreciate her timing it for a Monday. Maybe some sleep tonight?
Ok, I have a really gross yet funny story, and this seems like the only place I can share it
. Yesterday I noticed Bell run under the bed, so I was thinking "oh no, she's going to throw up", so I got something to catch it. When I quickly looked under the bed, she looked extremely confused and was sort of trying to lick her butt, but seemed unsure of what to do. Then I noticed a big turd that was caught on a long piece of fur that was swinging between her legs. Think clock pendulum. I kinda froze thinking of the best way to take care of this without making a huge mess. I manage to grab her (holding her as far away from me as I could), take her to the toilet, and grab it with some toilet paper and flush it. I would estimate the success rate of that operation as maybe 1-5%. An easter miracle. I just kept thinking "what if the hair was long enough that it just drug all over the carpet" - it had about an inch of clearance. I don't know if I've ever been so lucky.
