Yeah, this dose is making me nuts....I get one good cycle followed by a couple not-so-impressive cycles. Then, I threaten a dosecrease, and BAM - one good cycle again. Overall, this is a fresh new pattern for Trix. Argh.

I have to take Mario for a routine BP check shortly. Ick...I hate going to vet.

Have a great day, everyone!

Hi guys .. ok .. I got a plan for you .. everyday we need to tell trixie it's dosecrease day .. I know, it's frustrating .. but sometimes we just have to crack a smile and throw our hands up in the air right? I won't be here tomorrow, so have a great weekend!

I agree with Devon...we need to keep reminding Trixie about a dosecrease. Good luck at the vet with Mario. Hope the BP is good. Don't you just love those little blood pressure cuffs?!

At least she IS keeping it in decent numbers, but naturally I prefer when she has those lovely flat green cycles. This sort of pattern always seems to emerge whenever we do a decrease, then start increaseing after the failed decrease. It takes awhile for her to re-settle. I think, the next time there's a decrease, I'm going to shave, rather than go with the full .25U, even though she's now at the "3 drops below 50" level to earn decreases. She just doesn't hold them well....

Mario's BP was perfect, so no dose adjustments for him. Woohoo! I've actually never seen them take his BP...they take him into the back, without me, so I've never seen the teeny tiny kitty cuff. He's had a sebecas (sp????) cyst for a number of years now, but it was looking a bit crusty today, so Doc gave me a topical AB for that, and we have to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't rupture. Yikes...that is the LAST thing we need, so many prayers we don't end up going down that road.

For now, he's got a free pass from vetty visits till June. That makes both us us :-D :-D :-D !

Today is my long day at TBP (yeah, I'm a little late at this point!), so I might not have a chance for condos, but I'm thinking of everyone!

Great news for Mario! It is a challenge when their pattern seems to change. Jeesh, like it's not hard enough to hit the right dose without it being a moving target. Crazy cats. :-D

I like that quote Anne.

Good day for Mario, but I never heard of that kind of cyst, hope it won't be a problem. Daphne has something on her nose for years and doesn't move or grow, and the vet called it something, but forgot the name, but like you, they just said to watch it.

Sorry about Trixie's numbers dancing around. Just look what a little snack at +9 did to Daphne's numbers. Anne's quote just says it all. I'm still giving the f.50 to Daphne, and I'm just waiting it out, what else can we do?

Thanks for visiting Daphne's condo yesterday,…day before, and day before that, and, I'm soooooooo sorry I haven't been visiting much.

Trixie, please give your mama bean some green tomorrow, K?
