Hello LL friends
Sorry we have been so scarce around here, life is pretty busy right now!!
Bailey, the little stinker, just when she was starting to get brief winks of green and more blue after her dental... has started eating the dog's kibble. I was suspicious because of the higher numbers the last couple days (SS is finally up to date!) and I busted her with her head in Chloe's bowl last night. I don't know what to do. :?
We just switched the dogs from Nutro Lamb & Rice to Blue Buffalo Healthy Weight over the weekend. Blue has gained weight since his dx and prednisone treatment, and we are trying to control that. The new food has Brewer's Yeast in it - which Bailey loves - and is smaller pieces so easier for a (TOOFLESS!!) kitty to eat I guess.
I know many of you don't have dogs... but I need ideas. My dogs are large (50 and 90 lbs, roughly) and I'm not sure canned food for them will be feasible budget-wise... I will look into it this weekend. My only other idea is to feed the dogs outside, but they really spend most of their time in the house so I don't love that idea. WHY oh why does she have to eat the dog's kibble?! Oh kibble, you are my nemesis. cat(2)_steam
I hope you all are doing well, have a great Fursday!
