[Georgia and Simon (GA)]

Well, I am finally getting a chance to open a condo. I have been in Florida for a few days, trying to figure out what to do with my cousin who is mentally ill. Her husband passed away and she does not have any other family. There is no easy answer to her care and future so I am pretty depressed about all of this.

Meanwhile, Simon was a bad boy while I was gone. DH was taking care of Simon and Cleo but Simon wanted his mamabean. To show his anger that I was gone, he pooped and urinated in our living room (of course, on the area rug!). He did it every day I was gone! Hopefully, now that I am back, he will be back to his normal self. His bg numbers have also been higher so I fattened his dose when I came back. Cleo also did not do as well and I had to bring her back to the vet to get a second Cerenia shot because she is vomiting more (she has CRF). She is feeling better today and I hope the shot will last longer this time.

After all this, I need a mental health day for myself, but I have to go back to work. I'm just praying for a no drama day.

Usually I'd say it's nice to be missed but really Simon!

My DM has just been for a visit and while she was here Meg rabbit started peeing on the floor (carpeted of course!) in her tunnel room. She has stopped again now though.

Hope both kitties get right back on track and that your day is very uneventful and stress free.

Nice sunny yellow start for Simon today! So sorry to hear about your cousin Georgia. Hugs to you and hope it all settles down for you. It is nice that Simon missed you, but what the heck Simon??? Our kitties are so used to routine and we are all so close to them that it does through them for a loop when we are gone. Poor DH!

Sounds like you've had a rough go of it...I hope TBP is peaceful today, and Simon settles down and Cleo is feeling better, now that they know you're back!

Welcome home - we have missed you. I am sorry about all that is happening with your cousin. I hope you are able to come up with a solution that will work for her, and everyone.

aiyeee on Simon - they are so set in their routines and oh my when we upset it. I hope all is back to normal with Simon, and Cleo too. No doubt they both missed you. Good luck too with Simon's new dose. I hope it gets his numbers back to the blues and greens soon.

Hi Georgia, I was wondering how you made out in Fla with the situation of your cousin. I hope a plan can be made for her that helps all, not so easy, and hard on you as I know you want to help her. Oh my, Simon, I bet you are glad to have your MomBean back home. Sending some vines for Cleo and hope the shot will help her with the vomit.
