WOOHOO! LOOK! WE'RE GREEN!! Same reason as always overnight...he didn't eat. I stalled for .5 hour to be sure he was rising but it's because I fed him. We'll do the QuickStep again today - MamaBean did NOT mix up his plate this time - no HC to ruin THIS run! He was sort of schniggly about eating, had to sprinkle treat crumbs over the top to get enough in him.
This hissy thing between KT and Snow HAS to stop. Snow wanted to come btb this morning after lb run but KT was at the bedroom door hissing at him. I blame it on KT but when I went and got Snow bringing him to bed, he ran right back out behind KT then they went rolling and hissing in the living room. They're not truly fighting, no one has had scratches, I don't find hair wads but it sounds terrible! I can't figure this one out....grrrrr! ohmygod_smile
Another dreary sprinkly day here - cold and just plain YUCKY outside. Schniggles the pug had to be pushed out the door to do her business - she hates getting wet. I have to leave her outside and watch thru the window or she'll just stay at the door watching me with pleading eyes....poor little PugGirl, MamaBean's so mean to her...just ASK her. She WILL go take care of business if she can't see me. Luckily she was already pad trained when she arrived so when it's wet, I do put down a pee pad in case she doesn't....pugs are wierd.... :lol:
BlueBoy drooler is finally filling out and is just plain silly. Now that we're the only ones feeding him - no more Spaghetti-O's, his coat is even more beautiful, his muscles are SO strong, he's always alert and happy. I do see that he has the same issue with his eyes that Steph/Cuddles (?) Catahoula, Mishka (?) had - can't remember what it's called, will look it up but the iris of his eyes aren't shaped right causing his sight to be probably a bit fuzzy. It's hard to see in daylight but I do see it at night when the light reflects - there's a very red streak thru them. This happens often with dogs with 'Ice Blue' eyes.
Leo seems to have finally kicked that pneumonia/congestion - no coughs in days. He's feeling well, he and Pepper run and play quite often now. He's been so good for Miss Pepper too - she now wants held and 'cuddled' too! Not too long but before this, she didn't really want a whole lot of holding unless we were going to get treats inside.
Thoughts and prayers today for all beans and fuzzy feetz needing them. We're still holding Aseel close - it's so hard to lose that first one that's been with us thru our 'growing up'. I STILL miss my first terribly, he's been gone for many years now.
