I think it temporarily elevates the numbers, but the net effect of exercise is that it lowers BG on average. Similar to heart rate... exercise elevates heart rate for the short term, but lowers heart rate overall.

Aha! I see. That explains higher pmps sometimes. I play with him since he begs for food before pmps times.
