4/4 - Alphyne AMPS @ 313 - dosing for petsitter

So it seems that 4.25U is too much, but 4U is not enough, since we can't get out of mid yellows. We'll see what happens tonight.

Also, my trip is on Thursday, and my pet sitter turned out to be a flake who bailed on me, even though she was highly recommended. Didn't call, then didn't show up for the the original meet and greet, then was 'sick' for the rescheduled meet and greet, and now ghosted me.

Luckily, I have a friend who said she would come and give shots, but she is not comfortable testing. So, what would you recommend for a dosage? 4U doesn't seem to be enough at this point, but Alphy is so unstable right now I can't say for sure that she wouldn't drop unexpectedly.

I will be gone Thursday evening and Friday morning, potentially. We are having a blizzard right now, and although the worst may miss my immediate area (luckily it shifted to the east, as we were on track to break the all-time yearly snowfall record if it hit us head-on), it looks as if it's going to hit the city the concert is in. The interstate is already closed, so I may not be going anyway.

I’m sorry you had some pet sitter issues, but at least you have an option with your friend coming to give insulin, that’s the important thing. I’d just leave her at 4u, you are only gone for a few cycles anyway and since your friend won’t be testing. Hope the blizzard moves on by so you can get to your concert.
