With everything going on in our lives the simple tasks like bringing in the mail have turned into major projects just for each homeowner, I can't imagine the work involved at facilities. Do your best, as that's all you can do!
Be safe at work!!

I agree - the staff at my mother-in-law's facility are unbelievably dedicated and considerate. We have not seen her is two weeks since we went into lockdown here, yet they find time to convey messages, and hold the phone for short calls. Thanks for helping us all get through this damned insanity.

IS there an oven you could put the mail in for a short period of time?

We put our newspapers/mail in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees - turn the oven off and let it cool...I'm sure every germ and virus is cooked to death by the time it comes out...COVID-19 is an easy virus to kill...that fatty outer layer of the cell just needs heat or soap...viola! Dead.

Hope you day goes by quickly!

4th cycle after the reduction, I'd think about decreasing again.

Flyers go straight into our recycling bag, then I wash my hands. The virus doesn't last on paper too long.

Decrease 0.5? This will be unprecedent for her. Below 4.5, its scary, hpoe it doesnt backfire.

Can't get rid of flyers in the facility.

Since she hasn't gone below 50 (yet), you could try a 0.25 unit decrease. Think of it as how much is she asking for that increase. How easy is it to get her up and keep her up too.

Trying to keep her from going below 50. Just getting smidges if regular food now. She has been hard to get up lately.
