His AMPS was 298. It is weird that his AMPS was lower than his +4.5 last night. That must mean he still came down sometime last night, correct? If he never went lower than his +4 last night, I would imagine he should have been in the 400s or so this morning. I want to get some +6-10 numbers this weekend to see what he is doing later in his cycle.

PMPS was 419. We tested him for ketones and it was negative. Hopefully we get some lower numbers tonight.

+4 and he is still up at 341.
