No condo since Friday.

Good morning LL!

Happy furry purry with all 5 p's this morning. Nice sunny start. Tarragon and Turnup had a great time with their pet sitter this weekend and were relaxed and happy when we got home yesterday. It is such a relief to find a sitter that tests and shoots and that the kitties like so much. Andrea texted me each time she was at the house and sent us pics and BGs.

It was a beautiful day yesterday in OKC and DH did GREAT in his first full marathon! Mason met us up there and went with me along the route so we could check on DH throughout the race.

Mason graduates with a BS in Civil Engineering a week from Friday. Woohoo! He got two job offers Friday and both are in Tulsa so we will have him home for awhile while he saves up $ for a down payment. Double Woohoo! The fur kids will be so happy and so will DH and I. Mason and I head to Hawaii two weeks from Thursday for some r&r and mother/son time. DH will be home with the fur kids.

Great WCR on your guy! :-D :-D I'm glad the petsitter worked out. And Turnup likes her? Wow. Congrats to DH and Mason on their accomplishments! They both put in a lot of hard work. And congrats to Mason on the job offers - sweet! :-D :-D

Morning Melissa, love your condo as lots of good news. So glad the petsitter worked out, and she did all the testing and shots, and she passed the Turnup test. :lol: Just kidding, as I know Turnup is a love. Congrats to DH on the Marathon. Bg congrats to Mason, too. And wow with the Hawaii mother/son trip. What great fun and time together. Have a nice Monday.

What a great WCR/WBR. And a great start for Tarragon today. What a plus on the pet sitter! WOW - and she is a keeper. I must have made things so easier for you guys. no worries!

Congrats to DH, and DS. How wonderful for mason, things are looking good. A two job offers already. How cool is that. A plus too that he will be in the area, even nicer that he will be at home for a while. :-D :-D

Hi Melissa. A nice AMPS for Tarragon. You are lucky to have such a great "cat" sitter that allows you to take an extended break. Congratulations to your DH on completing his first marathon.

Sounds like a great weekend for everyone. I'm glad the kitties did so well with the sitter. Congrats to your DH and Mason. That's wonderful on the job offers.
 
HI Melissa - wow, congratulations all around! A big congrats to DH on the marathon - tough stuff and a great achievement!!! I bet it was great for him to see you along the course. It really means a lot to me to see anyone I know - what a big burst of juice! And congrats to your son - BS in engineering - that's good stuff, and congrats on 2 job offers! In this economy, that is really good news to hear.

And it is amazing to find a sitter who tests and shoots, and who your cats like. That is a godsend - those kinds of sitters get gold stars in heaven for the bits of sanity they provide in a chaotic sugar kitty world. I never did find a good one.

Melissa......there isn't a single thing I can say that Liz, Ann, Michelle, John, Carla and Lisa...haven't already said.

Congratulations all around! So happy that your DH had a good first marathon, that Mason has a job to look forward to when he graduates, that The fur kids liked their sitter, and that you get to go on a lovely vacation!
