PS. My report dis mornin' was in ma' condo

good morning LL!
I've been up since 3:30 @-)
mostly eating cookies and tarts with my tea
a beautiful wedding! loved the funky hats, heeeheee!

Checking my calendar ... is it April 1st?

I was just getting ready to move all of my stuff over to BigMac's place.

I wanted to stay home from tbp to watch the Royal Wedding, and unfortunately I got my wish - I'm home with the flu. I did enjoy watching the ceremony, though, with kitties cuddled up beside me.

Miss Emily update - not too good. She is eating very little and has lost more weight. I restarted her on another round of Cerenia last night, and afterwards she nibbled some food and groomed her face, and today she came out from under the bed to sit with me, so I think she is a bit more comfortable.

Hey! yesterday was my birthday, and all I got was a lousy can of Turkey and Giblets. You-know-who is getting all the attention around here. Someone come and spring me outta here.
Ted

Sorry you're not feeling well, Linda! It was a beautiful wedding and two kisses - breaking from the traditional one kiss! Beautiful couple! I had a wake-up call from Maggie, so I was able to watch it.

Happy Birthday Ted!

Good morning! You're quite an angel, Jill! :-D :-D :-D

amy, i'm happy to have no barf, no runny poos, and loose lips too!

missed the wedding, but i was up at 1;30 to check punkin and I saw the people gathering at Westminster Abbey.

OHMYGOSH - I just saw her wedding dress! it looks so much like my mom's & mine! I had o have the lace layer replaced for me and I changed the neckline to just be a scoop - but mom's neckline looked much like Kate's! wow. that was a surprise.

punkin's starting the day wondering why i never feed him as early as he wants. he has to wait another 30 minutes. i need to get more cerenia for him - we're out. he's finished day 6 of it and the antibiotics now.

Yippie, the "official" Loose Lips is back!! Hi Everybody! Thank you, Jill!!!

Yes, THE WEDDING was all it was cracked up to be. It was beautiful. Loved the pomp and circumstance. Loved the dress. Loved seeing the Queen and Prince Philip looking so fit. Loved just seeing all those Royals having fun. Loved the happy crowd.

But then I had to go down into the cellar and survey the "lake". (bad).
But Rusty is green.

Hey Ted! Happy Birthday from me, Russ. I love turkey & giblets. Lucky you to get it for breakfast today!
Feel better, Linda. KTSS will make you some chicken soup. You can share it with Miss Emily. Sending some vines for her, too.

Later,
Ella & Rusty

Yay :RAHCAT dancing_cat Now those of us with GAs aren't homeless :YMHUG: Yes, there's the Yuku board but few people pop in over there these days.

Squishy Merlin sends a round of sugar-free nip drinks to all :-D

I am so glad Loose Lips is back! A few days ago, I was going to post my first comment on Loose Lips and then realized it was gone. So glad everyone insisted it belongs on LL. It is so important to be able to have a place to laugh and cry and to comment about anything and everything.

I'm thrilled its back. Thank you Jill and Rebecca and everyone here. I'd name one of my cats this to keep the condo

I missed the wedding but got time to view some of the video on the news sites. All I can say is wow! I think it was so well done (glad they did a second kiss LOL). Everyone looked amazing although there was some real kooky hats! The little paige boys (what were they called) were absolutely adorable.

I'm sorry you got your wish Linda. Feel better (((((hugs)))) Wishing the cerenia works for her. Many people on the FAF board have had to do cerenia (for vomiting) and ondansetron (for nausea). Happy Birthday Ted!!!

i'm happy to have no barf, no runny poos, and loose lips too!
Go Julie!!!! Your wedding dress and your mom's must have been beautiful.

Sorry your lake is still there Ella. That really bites :( There must be lots of other people dealing with the same thing considering how much snow you guys got this year and now the rain. Where else is the water supposed to go huh. Stupid water!

Jill and Rebecca: thank you both for bringing back Loose Lips!! WOOOTTT!!!

Linda: hope you feel better soon! Sending you and Miss Emily healing vines!! Happy belated birthday Teddy!!

Can't wait to watch the wedding...thank the modern world for TIVO!!! I'm dying to see Kate's dress but it will have to wait. Maybe one late night when I'm up with Princess Gracie!!

Hope things dry out Ella.

Everyone have a wonderful day....we are having a playdate thanks to Lil G Money.

now who is lil G money? i've seen that name a couple of times . . .

the sun has peeked out for a few minutes - if i were smart i'd go outside and catch a quick walk before the deluge returns. gonna go meet the husband for lunch though, and there isn't quite enough time. (excuses, excuses!) ;-)

feeling for ya, linda - we hate those pukus events!

when i looked at the drinks from Squishy Merlin (great name!), at first glimpse the drink on the right looked like a small squirrel parked on the top! at second glance the small squirrel became a bit of pineapple - but i thought my kitters would've enjoyed the squirrel even more!

I think we have a LL bartender.... them drinks look goood.

I'm waiting for Henry's vet to call. Since he isn't tempted by anything but kibble I have to find a way to get lysine into him for sniffles and sneezes. Paying $42 for a lysine gel/pump. How do vets get away with this. The same thing is $8 in the USA. But the hassle of shipping it here is so not worth it. I either pay duty and outrageous customs fees or wait three weeks for USPS to ship it. ohmygod_smile

"lil G money" is Gracies' alias, bestowed on her by Celi. Its the name of a character from a movie. She told us, but I can't remember which one. Heck, I can't remember what I had for dinner last night

haha marjorie, i hear ya. who took my estrogen and my memory along with it? promise i'll never ask again what you had for dinner yesterday! ;-)

belly scritches anyone? :-D

Linda....who are you kidding....you don't have the flu. I saw you on tv standing right near the bride and groom. I loved your hat by the way.

Teddy! You usually get these awesome birthday parties. I know. I've seen pictures. Take care of your mom.

There's no place like home! Thanks, Rebecca and Jill, for giving us a place to land. I think it builds community, which is a GOOD thing.

As for dresses, I'm so old-fashioned, I still like Princess Di's dress. William looks just like her. Sad. Sweet.
