She is still growling and hissing at everyone, but then again I'm sure it is overwhelming for her right now, but she is curious about everyone moving around her and eating and drinking well. And surprisingly no neuropathy which floors me for how long she went without treatment. She still hasn't used the litter box yet, so haven't been able to test ketones just yet, hopefully that will happen day,

She did eat almost a full can of Friskies last night after we got her home. So the goals for today is get a second shot of insulin in her. start her antibiotics, and get those mats out of her coat and get her shaved down.

All in all I'm pretty dang happy with that preshot number this morning. Hope to see a few yellows today, that above all else will help keep her out of DKA.

That is a GREAT AMPS number for Autumn!!!! That and no sign of neuropathy should have you dancing around the house with joy! It sure put a smile on my face this morning!

If she keeps this up she is going to earn herself a dose reduction...amazing what getting her off the cheap dry food and on to a proper diet can do for a girl.

She also just tested NEGATIVE for Ketones... dancing_cat dancing_cat flip_cat

lol Already got two tuxies here and one we affectionally call the Shitten...lol and if I bring in one more cat, the DH and the Drooler are going to revolt. :lol: the drooler keeps looking everytime a carrier comes in hoping its a puppy I think, poor guy is so over felined in this house.
