Goodness this boy doesn't know what floor he wants to be on! @-)
Libby, i think you had mentioned yesterday that we might wait one or 2 more days to up his lantus dose to see if
he would clear these bounces, but it looks like another one this morning. Maybe another hint of R this morning will do the trick!

I would bump him up to 11. He's actually getting some decent cycles in between the bounces, but he has room for an increase.

Are you developing any ideas about what would be a good R scale for Tommy? For example, 0.25 looks good in the 400s, or maybe even 350+, 0.1 if 300-350 at PS, etc.

Libby, yes thank you! I think i've been doing ok with adjusting between the two different amts of R depending on what Tommy says. What i can't see yet is when to give a dose of R in the middle of a cycle, you know around +6 or so. I really wanted to give him another 0.1 today at +6 but with his number being 308 i resisted given what happened on 4/25.( I still can't tell when he's clearing a bounce or just coming down for one test and then right back up.. He's got me on that one.
If you have any insight about how to see that better, I would be good..
When i up his dose tonight, when is the soonest he can have R again should he need it?
I know he can't have R tonight with dosecrease.
Thank you Libby :smile: , glad to hear the storms missed you the other night. It seems as though there were many, many others that weren't so lucky.
My thoughts are with those here in LL and FDMB that still have no power.
