I'm hoping it's a high before a break.

If your schedule permits, I'd encourage you to increase every 6 cycles until you see that Tiki's numbers are in a better range. It's also not unusual that for a kitty that's back from the Falls, you'll need to go to a dose that's higher than where Tiki was at during his first round.
