DC had a pretty good night.
He went a little low @ +4, so I fed him some MC and @ +5 I gave him 4 pieces of EVO kibble for a treat.
I expected him to be higher this morning but he wasn't, which is good.
He is very cuddly and playful today.
He's been going lower through the night quite a bit lately.
I'm debating whether or not to try shaving the dose a bit.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi guys .. no dose advice here, but it's nice to see DC didn't bounce from going low or from his treats .. others will be along soon with an answer I'm sure .. have a great evening guys!

How long does it take for a bounce to start?
I'm wondering if DC is having a slight bounce from the lower numbers in the middle of the night.
His +6.5 is the highest he's been in over a week, since his last bounce.
That's about 14 hours after the lower BG.
He seems to be fine otherwise. Maybe a bit constipated.
No poop for him today. I think I'll give him some lax-a-day before bed.

Bounces are different in every cat. Putty sometimes takes 2 days before he bounces from low numbers.
If DC is constipated it could cause higher numbers also.

Do you have Miralax? You can give him 1/8 of a tsp. mixed with his food and a little water twice a day.

We can't get Miralax in Alberta. I give him Lax-a-day which is the same thing according to the pharmacist.
I did give him some last night and this morning.
