Going with .25 to see how that works.

Jill's such a good sport. But -- in the habit of peeing outside of the box now in a few spots. We have a pee pad right in front of her middle-of-the-night box (in our bedroom) which she just loves to pee on. And sometimes right after she eats she will pee next to, or in, her bowl. I've got other pee-ers in the house so we are used to this, but I hope after some better regulation, Jill will stop.

I’d stick with .25 unless you need to reduce. To see all that blue is encouraging. Any chance of a UTI?

We did a urinalysis in mid-March which was negative. I think the peeing started as a combined reaction to her drinking more (and needing to pee more often) and being bullied by one of our other cats, who started picking on her as I was noticing her symptoms starting. But now she's developed a little habit of it at certain times of day. I wonder if anyone else had that at the beginning of their kitty's Dx but had it resolve when treatment started working well?

Definitely possible. One of my cats who is just 4 1/2 pees un the box but it sometimes goes outside. I haven’t figured out if it’s both of them or one as it is not every day.
