It seems it's either a bounce or the HC I gave him yesterday is still keeping him high. Out of interest I kept in my 'hypo kit' a pouch of Royal Canin diabetic which I know sends him high which is why I kept it (it has 'slow release carbs' in it) as I felt this was a good way to ensure he kept the carbs up yesterday whilst I was out and he was low. I think perhaps this is not the food to use for a short term 'up spike' but it's great for a potential overdose (heaven forbid!) to keep the carbs flowing over a longer period of time. So still learning but I think this is useful to know (for me) that if I have a problem again, I can use this for a longer term boost, and just use the HC gravy stuff for a shorter spike.
Frustrating that we had him low and then had to boost him up to accomodate. It will take me a day or so to get his numbers down again...
His belly is still looking full after stuffing himself yesterday. He is happy!!! :lol:
Going to work on getting 'data ready' with some +1 and +2 and +10 and +11 readings but if you look at his S/sheet he still doesn't really seem to have any regular patterns at all!!! (unless anyone else can see anything I can't!!)
