Harley earned another dose decrease last night. He fell to 31. This AM I am going to try 7u (skipping the 7.25). Seems like he is in a cycle of going low, dose decrease of .25u, bounce, falling low again. I thought maybe the full .5 decrease might be in order.

Wow, go Harley! Good luck with the dose decrease. I think you might be right. ECID, and if you've spotted a pattern with Harley you can adjust your dosage and such accordingly. Fingers and paws are crossed here!

Hi guys ... a wonderful green to start the day for harley! Congrats on the dose reduction again .. can't help with the reduction amount but I certainly hope these greens continue .. have a great day guys!

The other thing you can try, if you want, would be if he starts to bounce early like he did on 4/25, if you get a pink +6 go ahead and give the R then, instead of waiting until PMPS to give it. I think I remember Jojo mentioning that to you as an option. The R might help keep him from bouncing quite so high, if you can catch it and R him right at the beginning of the bounce. There isn't much Lantus action left that late in the cycle, so otherwise he would probably just keep going higher. Just a thought - you know Harley way better than I do so you know how he will respond to the R. I definitely think there is some IAA-squishing going on here. You're doing great with Harley! :mrgreen:
