So far she is holding reduction. Popping blues each cycle and a green every other or so. The depot must be adjusted by now so will see if she pops a green today. I guess you gotta love sputtering pancreas, it's not sure what to do except make beans crazy.

With weather warming up, we are going to let Trip back into the basement where she is happier and less traumatized by PJ and Tux. She will be able to eat in peace and I'm going to give her back tiny helping of dry food at night. The others will not be able to get at it. I don't like it but she can't afford to keep losing weight due to them.

This brings back memories of when DH and I first moved in together....I had two cats and he had two cats. And one of his cats was a princess :rolleyes: we had to devise ways to keep apart the ones that didn't get along.

Nice to see those blues on Olive's ss!

I hope Olive heads down and surfs today. Glad you can let Trip back in the basement to get away from the other cats.

Looking good Olive! :cool::cool::cool::D

Sputtering pancreas keeps you guessing, but hey, at least you know it partially works. Not a bad thing. ;)

I hope Trip is able to eat in peace and put some weight back on. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

She has certainly held the reduce so far and might even ask for another one soon. I wouldn't overly worry about the possible food allergy unless she has other symptoms (vomits, runny poops etc) and it's starts to bother her. I could just be the climate change.

Sorry Tripper is having a rough time with the others. Moo eats on my kitchen counter or Leo would never let her eat. Plus I had to give into her so she gets 1/8 cup of dry a day and now she's been eating her wet food much better. Just not sure what I'll do when she can no longer jump up there. She already misses sometimes so I pick her up several times a day. She's been a grazer her whole life and timed feedings just don't work. It takes her hours to eat a 1/2 can of food and if she goes without food to long she pukes.

I know their expensive but perhaps the feeders that are microchip activated might work for her??
(sorry for the hijack paula)

It's okay. @Doodles & Karen There is a microchip feeder that isn't to pricey. It's a one meal bowl. My guy Tux is who I tried it on so he wouldn't wake me at 3-4 AM. I just sent it off to Bella mom. It was sent to me brand new and never opened by member in another group. It's at a good price right now. The bowl that comes with it is deep. I used a ceramic finger bowl that fit perfect.

Trip is just like Moo except can't get on the counter. She doesn't allow picking up. I just set up the basement again for her. I also set up the carrier Olive came in as a more sheltered bed. She has a dog bed with self heating pad that sits on extra carpet padding and a basket bed that is under the auxiliary propane heater and now the carrier sitting on carpet padding and has old towels and fleece cover from old window perch in it. So I think she will be comfy. And I gave her some dry Dr elsey clean protein mixed with the freeze dried raw kibble last night in bedroom where she was confined. Just have to get her water and some toys down there. So tonight we will open the door and let her go down which I'm sure she will.

Well I decided all sugar kitties are to have a paw change colors automatically to match the glucose level. Doesn't have to tell us the number just need the color. Oooh would a mood ring for paw work??? Remember those?

So do I just leave this dose and eventually she will even out to more greens until she decides it's time for a reducie?

I will definitely hold as long as the greens continue. Just wondering if the greens will start lasting longer.

I feel like such a newbie with her. Hoping to avoid the rollercoaster Smokey was.
