Good Morning, Everyone,

Well, we almost hit yellow after last night's fur shot (coming close on the heals of the other 2 fur shots), but Rusty managed to stay barely blue. This morning the shot went in! Hooray!!!! I'm wondering, since I have messed up his rhythms so much with the fur shots, if I should add a drop to his dose to bring it up to a "regular" .75. I would like to see him back on track and actually bring the range down a little from where it had been before the disruptions of the last 6 weeks or so. Advice and/or opinion welcome.

Rusty had a good night. He slept on the bed all night, having eaten all of his nighttime snack at bedtime. Breakfast has been enjoyed (2 sittings), a brief game with Big Bug and a paper bag, and now a nap in his basket. We had gradually moved Rusty's shot time up an hour so that we cold get to the opera on time (of course, then we didn't go to NYC because of the flooded cellar) and have been gradually moving it back to normal. Tonight we will be back on our regular schedule. It's raining and is expected to rain all week. Rusty so enjoyed being outdoors yesterday, when the sun was actually out all morning, but I think we'll be inside today.

Thinking about all our sick kitties today and hoping that they will be feeling better soon.

Ella & Rusty

p.s. Still dealing with the "lake" in the basement.

Re: 4/26 Rusty AMPS 197 dose advice needed

Sorry about the basement. It's such a pain in every sense of the word.

With all of the fur shots, I'd wait for this dose to stabilize and then consider raising it. See where Rusty's numbers are at this evening.

Sorry about the basement! Hope you can get rid of that Lake!!
You know I am the fur shot queen, and yes, shooting the reg. dose should stabilize him soon & he will be back to his good numbers again.--You know shed drains & all that..
Hope you have a good day-Hugs from us..

Re: 4/26 Rusty AMPS 197 dose advice needed

Morning guys! I too, IMHO, FWIW, would let the dose settle, let Rusty recover from it all, then evaluate where you are. I had to do a double take this morning when I saw his amps. Rusty - down OK?

So sorry on your basement - not one ounce of fun to be had there. I feel for you guys, and hope that things settle there soon.

Any paddles coming up?

Hey Rusty - dude! let's chill out today, someplace fun.... Maybe we need to check out Gracie's and see how the Patch is. I think the bad mens are almost done. See you... ~~ Mannie

Hi Ella. I too was surprised at Rusty's number this morning. I'll be happy to see him stabilized and back to his pretty greens again.

This has been a nasty Spring for so many. I'm sorry the celler is still a problem.

Re: 4/26 Rusty AMPS 197 dose advice needed

Oh my those stupid fur shots, don't you just hate them! Rusty will come down tho, just takes a bit for the shed to fill back up.
Sorry to hear you have a lake in your basement. That has to be such a pain. I hope nothing got ruined that can't be easily replaced.
Take care and know that I think about you a lot!

Re: 4/26 Rusty AMPS 197 dose advice needed

Hi guys .. sorry to see rusty up near the yellows this morning .. I hope he can also get back down to the low blues he looks so nice in .. Good luck with the basement flooding .. what a mess .. have a great day!

Re: 4/26 Rusty AMPS 197

Yes, you just have to wait for the shed to refill. Where are those patience pants when you need them? It must be especially hard when you are so used to seeing those nice numbers. :YMHUG:

On the basement, let's find a bright side. At least the water coming in is clean, not the other kind!
