If I did not know better, I would never know that Marshmellow was ever as sick as she was. It appears she is over her bounce, and I hope she decides to level out for us and stay that way (at least until her next increase). Hope everyone has a great day!

It's so good to hear that Marshmallow is acting like her usual self! Gabby was another kitty that was on an ICU when she was diagnosed. I'm always amazed at how resilient our kitties can be.

There's a trend with some cats that flat yellow cycles can indicate that an active cycle is in the wings. Don't be surprised if Marshmallow decides to dip her paws in lower numbers.

Per the SLGS, will hold dose and do a good curve Tuesday (as I'm off work Tues-Thurs), and most likely increase by 0.25U on Wednesday.

glad to hear she's feeling more like herself. It's amazing how cats perk back up when their blood sugar gets more under control.

She's definitely ready for a dose increase, whenever you are. You don't need to do a curve - you have plenty of tests to show what she's doing. After 10 cycles, this dose seems pretty clearly to only be able to get her into the 100's at the very best. I'd increase her by 0.25u whenever it's convenient for you to do so, but I don't think you have to wait until you do a curve.

Thanks, I wish I saw this prior, will start tomorrow, only because I want to be there to monitor her. Just in case. She is eating well, but still would like to do a few extra BG tests when I make the change.
