We've got four more cycles to go on .25 units, just want to know what dose I go to next. Is it a drop dose? And how to do the drop dose?

The next dose is 0.10U. Not an easy dose to measure!

You could practise squeezing out equal sized drops and see how many drops are in your 0.25U and half the number of drops would be 0.10U.
