Rainy rainy days here. Tarragon is terrified of lightning and thunder so yesterday was a stressful day. Hopefully the new dose will kick in and he will start coming down.

Hope everyone has a great Monday!

Hello Tarragon I do not think i have been in your condo before hope he comes down off the pink floor today I have a civie here that is also just terrified of storms and here in Ky its been storming off and on way too much he is so stressed my poor Voodoo

A delayed welcome to LL from Do Lou and I

Hi guys ... sorry to hear that tarragon is so scared of storms. ... hopefully none show up today and he can take his sweet time coming down .. have a great day guys!

Tarragon has always been a scaredy, diving in bed and hiding under our covers at the first crack of thunder. It stormed all day yesterday and has continued on into today.

He got put on antibiotics for diarrhea last week and I have to pill him, which is no small feat. I usually get it in liquid form, but they don't make this particular one in liquid.

Between the storms, the pilling, and me chasing him around every other hour to poke him, the poor guy has been a little jumpy. My DH has been Tarragon's hiding place. Why do I always get to be the bad guy? :)

Tarragon is tiny for a Maine Coon! Poor guy with all the nasty weather.

It didn't look like you had a chance to update your SS. I'm wondering if Tarragon needs a dosecrease but I can't tell without today's data.

He is tiny for a Maine Coon. His mother was a ferel cat. They found her in a puddle almost dead from dehydration and she had given birth to 4 kittens, which were all dead. The vet clinic brought her in and rehydrated her and, lo and behold, there was one kitty left to be born, Tarragon. He has always been a runt and I think that is why. We got him when he was only 4 weeks old because his mom died from complications, so we bottle fed him and our red tabby, Turnup, was his surrogate mother.

I have updated my spreadsheet through this morning. Unfortunately, I only have a chance to update it once a day.

Welcome to lantus land--He's beautiful--BTW Thunder & stress can raise the bg's somewhat, so maybe after storms pass, he will come down, but I'm sure the new dose will help!
Have a good Tuesday!

Tarragon looks like a sweety. He was lucky to find you guys. My Curry was runt as well. She's a bit spicy....My other kitty is the skittish one. Sorry you are having to chase poor Tarragon all over the house. As I said earlier....He is so lucky to have a loving mommabean daddybean.

Hi guys...I don't think I've visited you before, either. Tarragon is adorable, and what a lucky kitty - and I love his name! I have a tiny Maine Coon mix, too - Petey...he barely tips the scales at 10lbs. His mom was a pipsqueak. My big boy senior, Mario, is also terrified of storms...in fact, he now predicts them! He "assumes the position" (frozen like a statue) a good two minutes before lightening strikes!

Welcome aboard, and have a great evening!

Amy
