I've started relaxing his schedule a bit -- figuring, I might as well do it while I'm testing regularly. So I slept an hour past usual test time (the ultimate luxury for me). DH is feeding more food early in the morning, and leaving the plate down instead of picking it up (the ultimate luxury for Kitty!). And the results are fine!

Yay Kathy and Kitty, happy day 9!!!! Glad you are doing so well and isn't sleeping in wonderful? Hope I get to find out what that is again! :-D I know the first week of trial is going to be hard for me because I stress so much but hopefully Scrabble makes it easy on me. You guys are sooooo close it is awesome!!!! Happy Sunday!!

Nice chewing Kitty! How's it feel? Is your mouth tired yet? I'm worried about that, what happens if you get tired and stop chewing? Do you get to take a nap? You're doing a really good job! I have to go chase the kitten now.

Gee, I think Tugger is getting a little nervous! His buddy Scrabble started chewing gum tonight and Tugger says he wants to see what Scrabble thinks about it before he makes up his mind to try it.
 
Kitty says to tell Tugger that his bean is doing all the chewing - his part of the hard work is O-V-E-R, and he is totally relaxed. Well, he has a handful of sticks left, but he isn't being woken up for shots, so it works out!
 
Kitty looks great on Gum Day 9!!!! Chew Chew Chew Kitty!!! One nice thing about otj is the sleeping in part....however, I really never aloud myself to do that, even on the weekends. But I think this next time, oh yea, baby!

What a nice end to the day!

Kitty seems to be gaining weight, though he is not eatin as much. Hmmm. Could that 9 Lives be higher calorie??

Sleeping in is incredible -- especially since I can never go back to sleep once I'm up.

My next adventure: I will not put plates of food in front of him. (Well, not often.) I will let him ask for it. :o Shocking! :shock: I will report back on this crazed experiment.
