Yesterday's Condo
Not sure if that was a bounce last night, but Cinco's having a pretty blue day. After two days of green and lots of pokes, I'm glad to give his ears a rest. He's doing just fine again otherwise. Bandage is still intact.
Today's new food test was Felidae Pure Sea Salmon (although I think it's misnamed, as there are no peas or carrots in the sea that I'm aware of). It was a resounding failure. Cinco wanted nothing to do with it, which as I've mentioned many times almost never happens. I knew it was the food, not the cat, because I then offered him some Fancy Feast, and he scarfed that right down and asked for more. Harvey ate a few bites and was similarly unimpressed. Minka required several visits to her plate, but she eventually ate about 80% of it. Sasha was the only one who seemed to like it, although I don't think she loved it.
She sneezed once this morning and sounded just a little congested a couple of times, so I'll be listening closely to her to see if she needs more benadryl. If it lasted two days from that one little dose, I'm sold on it! Next time I will use the cat sack and pill popper to get it in her without all the wrestling and trauma.
Sending healing vines to all in need, especially Trixie and Max, and hugs to their beans, especially Amy and Elise. :YMHUG: Happy Friday, LL!
