Zener is so creative, always doing something different to keep us amused. Today, it is a blue pre-shot. Very nice! And a very happy appy too. I put some more in his bowl, thinking "He won't eat this" but he did. :-D :-D No yard patrol this morning and no picnic. Beautiful morning too. Oh well, maybe later.

OT: Anne got the 4:30 am shuttle and is just about to the Phoenix airport by now. All going well so far. :lol: She is on her way to Germany for 12 days. I just have one class this morning. Department meeting and meeting with student got cancelled. Woohoo! I might head out for a bike ride this afternoon if the wind is not too bad. This is our windy time of the year, but just during midday. The wind calms down at sunset and picks up in the late morning.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Thinking of Michelle, it's just not the same without a Mannie condo. Did you see CD and Camille's tribute to Moonie? It will make you both happy and sad. Roni and DH will be moving back to their house soon. Woohoo!! Happy Wednesday, LL!

Morning Liz, nice report on Zener and happy appy, too! He's probably why no sleeping AnneBean this morning. I bet he has a nice slide today. That's great just one class, and paws crossed for good weather for a bike ride.

Hey Liz: the best meetings are the ones that get cancelled! Hope you enjoyed your bike ride. I enjoyed mine (my first of the season).

Good travel vines to Anne. I envy her being in Germany in May. It's one of the best times of the year there ("Mai, lieber Mai, bald bist du wieder da!" [Robert Schumann's inscription at the beginning of his Op. 68, No. 13]). And then there is the white asparagus!

I hope that +5.5 means Zener is sliding back down. Yay for a happy appy. I hope Anne made it to Germany without any problems.

Looks like a flat yellow kind of day. Hmm, I wonder what that means for tonight? Me and Zener had a little nap this afternoon so we're ready for anything. Yeah, right. :lol: :lol: I did get out for my bike ride, 15.4 miles, hence the need fora nap. I intended (hoped?) to go a little further but I got on the downwind side of the lake and it was chilly. So I turned around.

Zener's appy is good tonight. He did have a picnic on his picnic table and on his bridge. Food always taste better outside. :-D

Anne is on the flight to Germany. Everything is going smoothly so far {anti-jinx}.

Carla - he's in a good position for a slide tonight. :roll: :lol:

Ella - bike ride was good! I had to use translate.google.com... :lol: :lol:

Serryn - good to hear from you! I hope all is well.

Barb - thanks for the good wishes for Anne's travels. So far, so good!

Ann - yep, all good here.

Zener, wrong way again or is that a food spike? Maybe a chance for an early night?

Nice to hear you guys co-napped today. I bet he misses Anne too. Good to hear she is safely on the plane to Germany.
