Can someone please slow this week down?! PRETTY PLEASE!!

WCR: woke up to a snuggly kitty...and a cold/numb left arm/hand. :shock: I assume it's from her laying on my arm or immobilizing my arm?! Very strange. There were purrs, scritches, head rubs, kitty nibbles...awwww, great way to wake up. All Ps are good. Her mood is a little off. She seems to go in bouts w/ her mood...sometimes it's good, happy kitty; sometimes it's like a shell of my Shasta. :?

WHR: starting to stress over this week and next week. :YMSIGH: Two of my choirs are performing at State Choral Festival this Friday and my Program's Spring Concert is next Thursday. Where did all the time go? Back is so-so. Usually feels better when I am up and moving about. Speaking of up and about...it's about time for me to get up and get dressed.

+1.5=200 (3% FF T&G 2.5oz; small bit of 12% to slow the slide...big difference between +1 and +1.5; and .55oz of 2% BFF)

PMPS=322 (4% FF CG .75oz, squash, atenolol)
+3=152 (3% FF T&G leftovers from earlier)
+4.25=156
+6=202

What a great way to wake up, execpt for the numb arm/hand. Kitties definitely have their moods. I hope Shasta turns things around and comes back down for you. I hope the shots continue to help your back.

Bummer on the cold, hope you can shake that fast. I get those numb hands/arms at time too. All comes from how I sleep on it and whether or not I'm juggling a cat. She loves to sleep on top of my head or arm, whichever is easier to get too. Hope you back is getting better.

Nice Shasta that you decided not to explore the pink floor. Much better with that +1.5. Surf well for your bean today, she is very busy.

Loved the pics, specifically the before and after. :-D

Good afternoon Ann, Carla, Kathie & Michelle!

I'm sneaking a post in while I eat lunch and while my computer scans my external hard drive. Can't get much work done when my computer is tied up with scanning for viruses. :razz: Thanks for peeking in on us today. I rather liked Shasta's amps and her +1.5...but what a fast and scary fall from her +1. :o I left her a little 12% to help slow the slide. When I look at the past few days, her slides have been sooooo slow and pokey that I was beginning to wonder if her Lantus had gone bad. I can't tell if this is just her being a cat and finally letting the juice work for her or if she's eating as little as I think she is. (don't know if any of that made sense.) Whatever. She's got plenty of food out, she just has to remember to eat it!!! :roll:

As for me, my arm/hand are fine now. It must just be the way I end up sleeping some nights. It's only been recently that I've been having issues like this and it's not every night. Just one more thing to tuck away in the back of my head! I'm trying to be better behaved with my back today. And yes, I think the injections (at least the last one) is helping. I have more feeling in my right leg and when I'm really good about my posture and protecting my back, my left leg is fine. :thumbup

Glad you all enjoyed the pictures of my dirty horse. Actually, dirty doesn't even begin to describe how gross he was! :-x Hope everyone is having a great day. Time to go get my stuff ready for a few lunchtime auditions.

Oh I hate that sensation....
and I'm doing it more in my bed... ( i'm the only one on the planet who doesn't like Tempur-pedic mattresses.... :roll: ...yet I'm stuck with it)

can't slow the week for you....
can't even slow it down for myself.
I think it's acting like May and we aren't even there yet....
May is always too too busy... end of the school year....

Rhiannon, what is it about the tempur-pedic that you don't like? I've been thinking about replacing my current Sterns & Foster in light of the recent back problems. Just curious. As for slowing down the week...that's ok. Thanks for trying. And you're right...May is awful!

Liz, have no fear...the blue surf took over and she's back to yellow. She dropped so much because I had to leave right after her pm shot and couldn't coax her into eating and her appy has been very spotty. I'm going to get her playing for a minute and see if that stimulates some appy before bed time. Thanks for the vines...I still need them.

More blue surfs please Shasta. She loves her momma even if she is being a bit off sometimes. Her prerogative!

Hope your back starts to feel better. Your poor arm.
