4/22 Mannie's Labs (opinion?), and AMPS 402, pmps 284

Yesterday's Condo

well - wow 404 ohmygod_smile at amps. another bounce no doubt, as he did make some nice bloos last night. I have been gone most of the day, but left feeling OK without any mid-day spots. pmps was 284, so at least this latest bounce appears to be clearing.

Mannie's labs came back yesterday, and will say today too that I am happy that all appears to be functioning as it should, and that having FD doesn't seem to have affected ay other functions. YAY :thumbup If anybody has any thoughts on what is there I'd love to hear them. :smile: I've added the results to my signature.

WCR: one happy dude when I finally got home after an afternoon of hiking, and fed him, and hugged him, and opened the door to the deck. I'm not too sure what was on the top of his list, as he tackled each one with equal fervor. what a guy... he must be in a good mood, as he let the civvies out first, didn't whap them when they went by, and hasn't stopped purring since I got home. cool!

Ok, I was able to view the labs tonight. I am no expert.... But labs look wonderful mostly. My vet always tells me not to worry about the cholesterol (so I wonder why they always bother to run it). The Bun and Creat are awesome. Great cbc. I don't know about the lipase being mildly up. Lipase can come from the pancreas - but not sure at what elevation it becomes remarkable in cats. Maybe one of the others can comment on. Jess is a vet tech - you could always try a PM if nobody else chimes in.

Nice pmps - it could go places.

Joyce: thanks!! i am sorry about the lack of access last night - guess i neglected to publish the sheet, so... anyways fixed now. Jess did make a comment on yesterdays post, and I think I will PM him as well, as I do appreciate you guys giving my your insights. Some of it is very foreign to me... yep on the cholesterol. vet mentioned it too, as well as the triglycerides - he had not fasted, so perhaps that explains a few numbers. ?? Thanks for the info on Lipase - I did not know. I am in edmonds washington, and today I went over to eastern washington and hiked one of their canyon hikes.
