Still flat in the mid 200's. Tempted to raise to 1.5 u tonight ???? My thoughts and prayers for Scratchie and his mom.

Technically you still have another day to hold the dose, but with as much data as you have on him the last few days and he just isn't budging out of those 200s, yes I would raise him to 1.50u either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Sometimes you just have to go up in order to go down again. With as much as his dose was flipped around by the vet we may just have to take him up until we get a breakthrough so he can start going down again.

Not too bad just a little bit of food spike there other wise he is looking good, hopefully he will start coming down for you here in about another hour or so when his pm dose kicks in...in general Lantus has an onset of right around +3.
