Simon is doing well this morning -- 4 P's in place. Last night, I started him back on the zymox ear drops due to his allergies. The vet had me wait a little bit after the dental to make sure he was doing fine before starting the drops again. I gave him the first dose last night so we will see soon if these drops cause his bg to rise. This morning he looks good and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way.

I feel like a really bad bean. I have been focusing on Simon and his care so much, I didn't even notice that Cleo's ears were getting a little too pink looking on the outside. When I finally noticed, I looked in her ears and discovered that she has an ear allergy, too! She is also on drops. Not fun having to give ear drops to 2 cats!!

Nice start, Simon! Hopefully the drops won't cause a rise.

Poor Cleo...I hope the drops help her quickly, too!

I know what you mean about feeling like a bad bean...I've got 5 other Civvies that I feel like I wasn't giving enough attention to when Trix was first diagnosed. I'm trying to make up for it, now that we're adjusted. I think they understand!

Now Now None of us are Bad Beans!! We are more focused, caring, attentive, and devoted that any normal beans in the world!!!--
Dont think that way--Georgia you are doing great, your civvie knows that-Simon knows that, we know that!
Just do what you need to do & all will be well!

It happens to all us Beans with multiple cats so don't feel too bad.
Hope the infections heal quickly and both your kitties are back to being healthy and happy.

Mooring guys!! What a great start for Simon today. it is so great to see that amps. I am glad that he is doing well, and hope too that the ear drops don't affect his BG. Sorry for Cleo - I hope she responds well to the ear drops. I know how it is with a multi cat household - it is the same here. Sometimes I miss things with the others....

Hi guys ... a beautiful start for simon ... Im sorry to hear cleo needs ear drops too, but don't feel like a bad bean about it .. you DID discover it and you ARE doing something about it .. that makes you a great bean!! Have a great day guys!
 
Thanks y'all for giving me support and making me feel that I am not a terrible bean for taking so long to realize my civvie had an ear allergy. She is doing so much better now that she has been on the ear drops for a few days. Her poor little ears don't look red anymore.
