Thinking of Michelle and her DGS Nicholas this morning and hoping that Mannie will send some more sunbeams.
Good Morning, Everyone,
I don't know where that yellow number came from. Maybe there was more than 1 fur shot, or partial fur shot (although it certainly didn't seem like it). Rusty did seem a bit under the weather yesterday afternoon and evening, but he had a good night, ate all of his nighttime food, snuggled with his beans (20 degrees last night with some snow), and this morning is acting normally. I didn't re-test because he was anxious to get down and eat breakfast. Shot went well, as did breakfast (FF T&G portion eaten; Wellness chicken portion ignored--he hasn't been enjoying Wellness chicken lately, only the turkey). The "lung treat" was eaten enthusiastically, and then we had a nice schmooze and a combing. Rusty will be home alone for a good part of the day. He'll have lunch and +9 snack in his automat.
The beans are going to lunch in Lake Placid with our friends from Indian Lake and then to the Lake Placid Center for the Arts to see the live- in- HD broadcast of the Philadelphia Orchestra concert (Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring" with a corps de ballet; the Ravel Piano concerto in G). Then we'll go home for about 1/2 hour before we have to head out to the mountain club's monthly pot luck. But we'll be back from the potluck in time for PMPS and Rusty's dinner (pot lucks here start at 5 P.M.!). I have to bring a main dish tonight and am in the midst of making a vegetarian chili.
Back in the early evening. Wishing you all a good day and sending healing vines and positive thoughts to all who may need some.
