4/21 Jez PMPS 132 - where's the BOS icon?

Dear Relaxed Lantus folks,

Mom says she can't type while holding on to her balls of steel - whatever that means - so she asked me to tell y'all that she gave me my shot as usual tonight. I don't understand what the big deal is - I haz been reading the boards and know what she wanted, so I worked really hard and gave her:

AMPS 187
+6 58
+9 108
PMPS 132

I thought she'd be happy - in fact I jumped right up on the desk to be tested because I was so proud.

But she's looking kinda pale and I noticed her hand shook just a bit when she gave me my injection. I don't understand what I did wrong.....so can you tell me what to do to make things better?

Oh sweetie you did nothing wrong, in fact you did everything right...But my mommy gets that way too when I give her numbers like that as well...I finally figured it out it is because she loves me so much she is just scared for me. She doesn't want me to do like I did the other day when I got really low and didn't feel good because of it. She got really scared when I was telling her how I needed to eat right now and then couldn't find my way to my dish because my legs were all rubbery like. It was pretty scary for me too, I like it when I get to go swimming and play in the grass as mommy calls it, but when I went to that 23 (whatever that meant all I know is mom didn't smile like normal and scooped me up to go eat on the counter)but it didn't feel right to be way down there.

Plus your momma just isn't use to seeing you in those pretty numbers because she has to go away to make something called money. So she has to get use to those numbers on your beepy thing.

Hi Autumn - what you say makes sense...I am jealous though cause I never ever get to eat on the counter.......but I guess I need to pay attention and make sure Mom keeps food in my dish in case I decide I need to eat right now....cause sometimes she's off in the hot tub or too interested in some TV show or another to pay proper attention to me......I have to start biting toes to make her mind me.

She tested me an hour after my shot and I was 147 - but that didn't get me any extra food, sigh. I'll keep working at it.

Hi Autumn,

I think I'm doing good - Mom just tested me and got a 113 - she smiled and said she was going to go to sleep for a bit and set the alarm. But better yet - she put out some fuds.......I'm not hungry right now but if that greedy brother of mine heads downstairs to the bowls - I will be right behind him......he thinks he's better just cause he's bigger than me - but he doesn't frighten me...heck he's so silly he still chases his own tail around.

Anyhow - thanks for your help - I am going to be very careful cause that would really be scarey if I couldn't get to my fuds......
