Good Morning, Furbaby Friends!!

Sooo exciting & scary today too! Baby has began her OTJ Trail, I believe in Baby with all my being!
I do have a difficult time accepting she is ready to be insulin free, but I have to trust in those that know more than me & see what happens here. I pray she successfully maintains healthy #s, if not.. We can always go back to a few drops. This is Day 5 of Baytril (geez.. I never thought we would go OTJ Trial on an antibiotic!)

WCR Baby ate a bit of breakfast, does not have an eager appetite, but she is eating. All 5ps are not in place yet. We had a talk this morning & I let her know this is her OTJ Trial & she needed to let me know what her body is ready for. I blessed her & left her on her cat furniture watching the sights & sounds of outdoors.

I didn't realize Baby was starting trial today, how exciting flip_cat

Paws and fingers crossed all goes well. You have been such a supporter and champion for all the LL kitties you deserve your own party.

Wasn't it a strange feeling to get breffus ready and NOT give the insulin???? It is really exciting and scary at the same time. All of us that have been blessed to be in your shoes have felt the same way (at least I know I was ;-) )

I pray with you that Baby will let you know if she is ready or not. I know that all on here probably know I am a little biased when it comes to you and Baby. We started this journey together and have become very close friends who talk every day. I won't hide how much I care about you and Baby (and Sadi)~~~~ I am right here with you feeling butterflies in my stomach.

I hope that you can find some peace today and take a little time to pause and realize where you and Baby are :YMHUG:

Yay Baby!!! Happy Day 1! I think she is going to do great, and if she's not ready quite yet, well then, she will be soon. Sending good thoughts to you both as you start this exciting time!! :mrgreen:

Thank you, everyone for cheering Baby & I on!!! Soooooooo happy here! I am nervous too!! Lil momma seems happy.. playing outside, getting brushed & snack city.......enjoying mini meals..... all is well in her world, from my point of view :thumbup​

42 on no insulin AND on Antibiotics. :mrgreen: I told ya..if anyone can go low on .01 it's BABY! That's just nutty. :mrgreen:
 
I guess that +4 reassures you that Baby is ready!!

Congratulations on getting started on this wonderful road. It's nervewracking... but still wonderful!!
