Simon has a couple of more days on the anti-histimine so I am hopeful his bg will go down slightly. He is so sensitive to any and all meds that I give him (except Pepcid). As of right now, it looks like he needs a small dosecrease tonight. Simon had another hairball episode yesterday but DH brushed him really well yesterday so no hairballs this morning. You should have seen the hair that came off of Simon. It was big enough to make another 14 pound cat! Aren't there people that make arts and crafts or jewelry out of cat hair?

Yay for Friday!! I had an employee from hell yesterday and also my budget is due today so I definitely need a break from all of that. Happy Friday, everyone!

We really should do something with all the cat fur we collect, between us we could probably provide blankets for about half the homeless people on the planet!
 
I hope Simon starts coming down after he's done with his allergy meds...poor little guy.

I hear ya on the fur. I know some people do spin their pet fur into yarns. And a while back, I had posted something I found on Etsy...I don't remember it too well, but I think someone was felting with cat fur. Sometimes I just want to give up sweeping at all...I swear a trail of fur follows behind me no matter what :lol: !

Hi guys .. Good luck with the new dose tonight .. and yay for no hairballs .. I love long haired kitties, but they sure are high maintenance .. then again, what kitty isn't? :lol: Have a great weekend!
 
Hi Georgia, I hope Simon comes down or reads his condo to see the dose threat. :-D Sometimes it works. I hope your day is better and the employee chills out today! I've heard the fur can be used for the birds to make a nest for their babies. Have a great day.
 
Come on down Simon. Hopefully with the end of the antihistamine he will. I know on the fur. It is crazy. I vacuum every night and it doesn't matter. Have a great evening Georgia!
