4/2 Alska AMPS=273 PMPS=190

I gave him his snack early last night - at about +4.5 and then I noticed that he jumped off the bed in the wee hours of the night and went into his room to lick the edges of his snack bowl. I didn't sleep at all last night so I was able to look at the clock and it was about 3:30 am so it was well before his am testing time. He did gift me a little bit of a wet hairball (his hairballs are usually dry). I left him a bowl of water even though he never touches it - but from time to time I like to offer it just in case.

Now I am wondering if the Tiki dinner (making new raw batch tonight) was not good. Bing gave it back this morning through a snarf and barf. I have been weaning them off Tiki because I am suspicious at how difficult it has become to get it. My online sources are hit or miss and my pet nutrition store hasn't been able to get an order filled for four months.

Hopefully back on raw, his numbers will stabilize.

I hear ya after having all mine go down on bad food I'm weaning mine off all commercial food and back onto raw again. Yeah its a hassle for my tribe but not nearly as bad as 16 puking cats. Hmmm haven't tried offering Cali raw yet..need to she if she'll go for it although where she's not staying with me for forever might be a bad thing to get her hooked on it. Then send her back to her daddy.

Yeah.. I was super cautious with the kittens. They loved the raw but I made sure they loved the Wellness canned stuff too!

Alska and Bing have to have Fortiflora on their raw and Emmylou and mommacat have to have parmesan on theirs (along with a pho binder). Brio eats it as I am squeezing it out of the bag :lol: But you have to have that backup for when you run out of raw and you are too tired to stand in the kitchen for two hours which for me was yesterday. From now on my backup is ONLY going to be the wellness core canned food. They all eat it except mommacat but she will eat FF pate. It's like fixing 5 different meals and delivering to five different tables.

Cali may take to it with the right topping (catnip).

Sounds like Alska and your kitties are lucky to have you as a mom that fixes them up such nice food. Now, Alska, come on down to the pool and play.
