:lol: It hit me the other day, how tired I was of putting his food intake on the SS, when it really didn't change any each day. :roll:
If it changes, he stops eating or I have to steer with food, then I'll add it in.
He just woke me to eat, so I'll wait a couple hrs to test him. Eventually, he'll be more stable and I'll test after eating, etc to see how the food effects his bg's, but at this point, I really don't see it, he's too far from regulated and only on low carb with no chance of contraband.
His food is higher carb than when we started, he eat's up to 9 carb, for the last couple months. But only a couple of those, mostly 2-6 with an 8 or 9 thrown in for variety, since he doesn't like to eat the same thing more than twice a day and never back to back. ohmygod_smile Sooo picky! cat(2)_steam

We do what we gotta do. :lol: I have to go to Walmart in a few hrs to pick up a prescription and already planned to get more strips, so we're covered. Meds won't be ready till after 5.

I've got a picky one too and he hates eating the same thing as well. Little buggers. Yesterday I told DH to set 2 different flavors out for the boy, and let him choose. He asked me 'how will I know which one he picks?' I told him - 'he'll start licking it'. Sure enough he did. DH's comment to that was 'the things we do for this cat!!' :lol:
I responded with 'you're a good daddy!'

At any given time, I have 3 cans open and at least half the time, it'll take the 3rd one before he decides to eat it.
For a barn cat, a feral and one that got dumped on the street, you'd think they'd be grateful, but nooooooooooooo. :lol: They are too spoiled rotten. :lol:
At 366, it's been one hellofa flat day for Lucian! :shock: I might have to get me a nap here real soon. He seems to like to go scuba diving after a flat day. ;-)
Never did get to Walmart...just got my new Roku box from Amazon late this afternoon and been playing with it all evening. I got 16 strips, I think I can make it to the morning, since I have a PT appt at 11 AM and will run to Walmart afterwards.
