Gracie's Yesterday

Twelve sleeps until my project and work schedule settle down Sending healing vines to Lucy and Rex today and we hope Lucy is feeling better after her dental. Cheering on the OTJ Trial crowd, Boots and Jersey. And a lot of reflection and prayers that it has been a whole year since Mannie, Chef Extraordinaire, diving champion, zoom zoom champion, party animal, and a million other things Mannie was to all of us...crossed. We hold Michelle close in thought today. I can't believe it's been a year. :cry: :cry: And so many of our other beloved and cherished babies have crossed since. But I know Mannie is cooking a big fancy meal with Stu today celebrating his emancipation from the pain and illness and they are all having a huge party with so many including our sweet Gussie and Teddi Bear.
The baby girl was having a lovely morning on the catio until she heard the front gate and the front door open and Ola!! Where's the baby girl??. She looked at me, those big round eyes narrowing a tad WHAT is SHE doing here? I thought you fired her??? No, sweet one...mama would never fire Lupita. She was just sick. So LBG has spent the day making sure that whatever room Lupita is in, Gracie is NOT. :lol: :lol: :lol: So that means she hasn't gotten any of her long, happy naps in because Lupita moves around the whole house. It's not like she goes to one room, cleans it, next room, etc.
Thanks to Anne/Liz for the blue patience pants last night. They definitely paid off. I decided to sit on my hands and assume the last few cycles have been a mostly blue bounce. And I was rewarded with :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: for my patience.
Thanks also to Carl for the shrimpie spray for the smurgle muffins. I'll run RIGHT out and get that :roll: :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: But maybe I should sneak some shrimpies inside the smurgle muffin cover because the nip ain't doing it for the wee bonnie lassie.
