Hi again,
it's been a while since I posted on here. A lot has happened but most recently this past Saturday my cat stopped eating altogether and Elvis's number dropped to the lowest I've seen. I can't figure out why he stopped suddenly eating, drinking but when i bring anything to his nose he turns away. He has dental disease that I discussed with the vet on eventually scheduling a cleaning but something always comes up and now today I'll be phoning the vet. He has a lump in his lymph node that returned as benign but other than that he is still walking around and scratching his post. The other odd behavior that started on Friday is he wakes me up and no longer remembers what to do. I will usually shoot right up and we'll head to the kitchen for breakfast and he doesn't do that anymore. He just sits next to my face and doesn't move. Right now he's sleeping/awake in the same spot and he likes his chin scratched but he won't follow me to the kitchen. I don't feel comfortable giving insulin without knowing what's causing his appetite to disappear.
