Slowly drifting down after yesterday’s fur shot. Vet appointment this afternoon, mostly just a checkup except for a funky mole-like thing on her tail that I want them to look at. Also her BUN and creatinine were a notch higher last time, but SDMA was unchanged, so we’ll find out what’s new or not with her CKD.

Diane, what would I do without you to keep me in line? :bighug::cat: The numbers I entered for this morning were really from last night -- that's what I get for trying to do it on my phone. Today's numbers look a lot better!

I am so very happy and tremendously grateful to report that the vet visit went great. They are always so complimentary about how good she looks, and they are always impressed with her spreadsheet -- all credit to this lovely forum!! :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: She's admittedly plump, but they are ok with that. Her kidney values are "stable," which is great, and the thing on her tail appears to be some sort of benign sebaceous thing.

Here's the patient, chilling on her crinkly paper after the visit.

Hi Karen ,I always look at the SS also just not the numbers on the Titles lol
I'm so so happy you got a good report today from the vet :cat:
Lovely greens so far, she sure loves her crinkly paper lol
You don't know how tempted I would be to try and squeeze out that sebaceous thing lol . It sounds gross but I love squeezing zits out on family members, I know it sounds gross. Maybe it will break on its own on. Maybe some warm water on it every now and then , I'm a sick person :p
