Benny is looking much better already - he's been up and about, and interacting with us. Yesterday he was so weak that when I put him on the counter for testing he just laid there. This morning he was standing and doing the elevator butt thing when I petted him - such an amazing difference in such a short time!
His numbers are still a little high for him, so hoping to see them come down further once his depot builds up.
