Good Morning, Everyone,

Our hearts go out to Meredith on the sudden and tragic loss of her dear Milo. Fly free, Milo!

Rusty had a good night, ate all of his nighttime food, and this morning has just about finished grazing on his breakfast. We had a combing/brushing and he came over to watch my Tai Chi DVD (Tai Chi is getting more and more difficult!). Yesterday evening, at our film showing of Werner Herzog's "Fata Morgana" (beautiful in spots; depressing overall), Rusty visited with each one of our friends, sitting on their laps, at one point playing a game with one of the guys. Then, after the film, he and I sat on the couch and he finished his dinner. Can't break a routine!

Beautiful, sunny day today. I've got to go back to the car shop to get the wheel bolts torqued (very important after driving about 20 miles after wheels have been remounted), do some shopping, and right now, Edward and I are going to walk to the post office.

Beautiful blue today for Rusty. Yay for eating all the nighttime fuds. That is always a good thing to see. He is quite the social kitty. I bet he enjoyed all the attention. Have a great day Ella!
 
Your very right about torqueing your bolts! Most folks never get that lesson. :)

Our post office is getting a rehab today so we must pick up our mail before noon. I hope they don't replace the lovely old boxes they are very ornate.

Nice start Rusty keep it up. I am glad you are such a good host!
 
Nice numbers for Rusty lately. He is such a great social kitty. Love hearing about a kitteh that loves his fuds!
 
Hi again,
Rusty was on duty in the lagoon for a while, but has gone back on shore. We've been at this fat .5 dose for about 2 weeks now and I am considering going up a drop--back to the skinny .75, which had been a very good dose for him until it dropped him into the 40s. But that was shortly after his pancreatitis flared up and now that his appetite is somewhat better, I don't think the fat .5 is doing it: too much blue and most of the greens have been high greens. I'll think about it for a few more days and see what he does.

It was a beautiful, mild sunny day. Edward and Rusty went outside while I was doing my errands. Rusty wanted to go out again at twilight, but we don't let him out during "predator" hours. After I got home I did some yard work (raking thatch off the "lawn").

Very cute that Rusty shared his love fairly amongst your guests. Vyktor will allow most guests to say hello but the only ones he'll hang around are the ones that don't like cats! Nothing wrong with his sense of humour :)
