Good Morning, Everyone,

"Nurse Rusty" kept an eye on his papabean again last night. Edward had a pretty good night after about 1/2 hour of extreme pain. He was able to get an appointment with a local dentist for later this morning. Fingers and paws crossed that this will not be something major that will involve a trip to a specialist!

Rusty is doing well this morning: good test, good shot, good breakfast (1st sitting eaten), "lung treat" (requested again before the schmooze), good schmooze, now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. We are supposed to have SPRING today (temp. in the 60s!!) I'll believe it when I see it. I was supposed to go hiking with friends, but I want to be with Edward when he goes to the dentist.

Wishing everyone a good day. Sending healing vines to all who need some. Please send good dental vines to my Edward!

Ella & Rusty

The CHAIR still stands (but open water is moving pretty close to it).

Rusty, you are so sweet to take care of your papa bean. Paws crossed for Edward at the dentist. Surely the CHAIR can't survive these 60s! Is there a web cam?

Oh my! dental pain is really painful! Hope Rusty's papabean gets better soon. Sending good dental vines over.
Thankyou Ella for your visit & support!

Re: 4/15 Rusty AMPS 132

Rusty, you are such a good boy to stay with your papabean, and offer comfort for his pain!

Good Morning Ella.

Rusty is going to do his part, by staying in good safe numbers, while you and his daddy are gone this morning.
I'm so sorry for Edward and the dental pain. Mouth pain can be sooooo bad!!

I know it's not the same, but when I had skin cancer on my lower lip, the pain was so bad, I threatened to jump off the roof, but I live in a mobile home, and Susan reminded me, I would just have broken my legs.

I am sending tons of good, healing dental vines.
Also good wallet vines, since it's an emergency visit. *grin*
(that was intended to make you smile, about something that is soooooo not amusing)

Re: 4/15 Rusty AMPS 132

Vines to papabean for a good dental visit. I wonder if the kittehs will come over after to get rid of the dental doctor smell? :-D :-D :-D Maybe a hooman version of a niptini!

Nice blue start Rusty, now have a nice surf today and all of you enjoy the weather. I'm with Liz ... is there a chair cam? :-D :-D :-D

Re: 4/15 Rusty AMPS 132, +5.5 156

Hi again,
The dentist couldn't find anything that looked suspicious, but took x rays and e mailed them to our NYC dentist (we have appointments at the beginning of May in any event). In the meantime, the pain has gone away! It might be sinus. Anyway, all seems OK at the moment. Nurse Rusty is happy.
Rusty's numbers today are following the weird pattern of yesterday: late onset, so late that the numbers are still going up at +5.5. We'll see what happens later.

So this afternoon--beautiful, WARM day--we are going to put our canoe rack on the car in preparation for our first paddle of the season on Wednesday. Rusty will come outside with us (and he may see the chipmunk, who was around this morning). That will make his day.

bbl,

Ella & Rusty

p.s. there is no web cam on the CHAIR. There is an alarm-clock-device that marks the day and time it falls into the water.

Re: 4/15 Rusty AMPS 132, +5.5 156

I guess the web cam would be boring to watch.  But I'd like to see it fall. Hooray for Edward's pain being gone! :-D

Hi Ella. Not too bad numbers for Rusty. Maybe he's in the blue zone gathering some friends to surf the Lagoon.

Glad that Edward is feeling better and the problem doesn't resurface. Maybe your dentist in NYC will be able to dx and treat the problem.

Enjoy your canoe trip Wednesday. Have a great day Ella.

I'm glad everything went well with Edward's dentist visit and the pain is gone. I hope the x-rays don't show anything serious. I wonder if Rusty will keep sliding to the lagoon?

Hi again,

A flat, blue day for the LagoonMeister.

We are reeling over the horrible events in Boston and are sending our prayers and healing energy to all who were injured. The finish line of a marathon is such an exhilarating place for runners and spectators alike. What happened today is beyond comprehension.

What a beautiful blue day for Miss Rusty, Nurse extraordinaire! Glad to hear that Edward's pain has gone away and sending prayers that it stays away! Couldn't agree more with you on the happenings of today in Boston. Tragic, horrifying and unacceptable. Healing vines and blessings to all affected.
