DC is looking much better today.
No more liquid-poo.
All P's are in place today except poop, which isn't surprising after yesterday.
I gave his Metronidazole & Ondansetron 2 1/2 hours before his AM shot and his pepcid with his shot.
He's had extra SubQ fluids and he's eating on his own today. So far he's eaten about 1/8 cup of his EVO kibble and 1/4 can of his Friskies LC.
He even seemed to enjoy his food.
He cuddled in bed with me all night on top of an electric blanket and he kept nice and warm.
I didn't want him to get a chill after his bath.
His eyes look clearer and he's not drooling today.
I'm just waiting to hear back from the vet, but with the weather the way it is, I don't think that we'll be going home today unless the vet thinks it's necessary.
I will continue with the extra fluids and his meds.
His numbers are still higher than I like, but I think a lot of that is due to him eating the EVO kibble.
Right now I'm just happy he's eating on his own.
