Yesterdays Numbers

Have automatic feeders coming. I may have been a little over cautious on food since I was going out early afternoon unsure what time I would be home and upping her dose by .5

Rest of the week is going to be more of the same. I need a routine to stick by and I need to ignore her wanting food whenever I go to the kitchen.

How is her weight? If she is not overweight, maybe you could reduce the portion size and feed smaller portions more frequently to keep her happy?
She was 14lbs at DX and she is 12.1 now. She was a big girl but the 2 lbs she dropped makes her look thinner. She wants that whole can in the morning I just have to have her quit playing the sympathy card with me. They should eat every 4-6 hours and I want her to get her 260 calories in. I get her body is not processing the food properly because of her BS and anything over 250 can cause damage to the kidneys as well as other organs.
I have the feeders coming so that will be something new. Just have to get them used to it. I'll take her numbers before bed maybe about 2am? I got 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night.

Its not the food that is causing her BG to be high, but not enough insulin. Get a +2 - unless it's significantly lower than PMPS, you can call it a night.

It is on her SS at 10:30pm she ate about 1/2 can then she was at 314.
I was going to test again in a bit.
Thanks for your help!
Just took her BS and it is 301 going to finish watching a movie and go to bed! ZZZZZShe ate about a teaspoon of food she is done for the night.

She's pretty flat at +2.5. No need to stay up. Once she starts seeing better numbers, you will have to anyway.

Can't see anything on the SS after PMPS...

Ok I upload the SS again this morning.
I'm able to see the numbers for last night. You needn't have stayed up till +5. That wasn't a big drop at +2.5.

She had better numbers when she was at 2 units.
She even saw a blue on 3.25U. It's not unusual for a cat to give the occasional good numbers and for them to just disappear. You are getting enough tests on this dose to see how low it's taking her and it looks like she needs more insulin.

Her numbers are higher today than yesterday and she ate less today I'm starting a schedule but she meows for food and wont leave the kitchen.
