Well, what a fun start to my sleeping schedule... so from what I gather, my roommate does not know how to read a cat's body language at all. The cat's may already have some angst for this guy because the litter box was was in the closet of the room he is occupying, so there's the territory dispute already.
Last night, the roomie was trying to
play with Tyler and he ended up literally cornering him to where Tyler hissed at him... he's a pretty mellow cat. I was doing my homework, and once I realized what was going on, I said "knock it off, it's obvious that he doesn't want you messing with him". Dude really didn't get it, but left him alone. I've told him not to let them in his room just in case. So he's been keeping the door closed, but when he's here, he lets them come scope out the room... Well, at some point Tyler was in there and took a leak all over his blanket and some clothes. Luckily, it didn't go through to his mattress, but I'm a little ticked at the both of them right now. I know Tyler is a cat and can't be blamed, and was not punished. I told him to get a spray bottle with water and not to let them in his room at all. I said a spray bottle is
the only punishment that is acceptable.

I hate that this happened, because nothing like this has ever happened. Ever. They have
always used the litter box. But I understand the mentality of a cat because I have grown up around them. Either way I think maybe Tyler is either on a bounce or his numbers went up because of the commotion not 20 minutes before I tested him. :YMSIGH:
Looks like I will be drinking lots of

tomorrow!!! The roommate left and I have decided to change the laundry while he is out to get it done quicker. I really miss having my place all to myself!!! But it's to save money so I can move to Gainesville. At least the people the cats and I will be living with are people they have grew up around, oh yeah, and their kitty roommate, Turd who has been Tyler & Marla's roommates before...
Ok, I'm done complaining now!
